What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Nestled Oaks offers keyless self check-in with a personalized smart lock code sent before your arrival. Whether you’re arriving late after exploring the Smokies or settling in after a long drive, you can head straight inside and start relaxing.

What comforts and entertainment does the cabin offer?

Nestled Oaks features a welcoming living area with a seasonal fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming-ready Smart TV keep you connected, while the private hot tub on the deck provides the perfect way to unwind.

What sleeping arrangements and kitchen amenities are included?

The cabin offers one queen bedroom and a full bathroom, plus a a sleeper sofa best suited for children. A fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and appliances, along with a rustic dining table for shared meals.

What outdoor spaces and special touches can guests enjoy?

Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy handcrafted rocking chairs, a bubbling hot tub, and peaceful wooded views with seasonal views. Warm wood finishes and rustic touches create an authentic Smoky Mountain cabin atmosphere designed for relaxation and connection.

Booking Terms & Agreement

A signed rental contract is required to confirm all reservations with Oak & Ember Group. Along with the signed agreement, guests must also provide a valid form of government-issued identification matching the name on the reservation. Your booking will not be considered finalized until the signed agreement is received and confirmed.

Nestled Oaks sits on Bluff Mountain, offering both privacy and convenience. You’re just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway, Dollywood, The Island, and endless dining and shopping options. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are also nearby, with hiking trails, scenic drives, and unforgettable adventures.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–29 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. For extra peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Is the cabin pet-friendly?

No — Nestled Oaks is not pet-friendly. We keep the cabin allergy-friendly and exceptionally clean for all guests.

What should I bring?

We provide linens, towels, starter toiletries, paper products, and dish soap. Guests should bring personal items, groceries, and charcoal for the outdoor grill. Many bring swimsuits for the hot tub, hiking gear for exploring the Smokies, and any favorite snacks or condiments.

How do I get support during my stay?

As local owners, we’re only a short drive away. If you need anything during your stay, we provide quick, hands-on support. Unlike large management companies, Oak & Ember offers personal attention and thoughtful recommendations so you can relax knowing help is just a call or text away.
