How do I book Dancing Embers?

Booking is simple and secure through Oak & Ember Group. When you book direct, you’re guaranteed the best price with no hidden platform fees. Just select your travel dates on our availability calendar and complete your reservation in minutes.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Dancing Embers features keyless self check-in with a personalized smart lock code sent before your stay. Whether you arrive late after exploring the Smokies or early evening after a long drive, you can walk right in and begin relaxing.

What comforts and entertainment does the cabin offer?

Dancing Embers features an open living area with a stacked-stone fireplace, a sleeper sofa best suited for children, and comfortable furnishings. Entertainment includes games, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs for streaming. The loft game room adds even more fun to experience.

What sleeping arrangements and kitchen amenities are included?

The cabin offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms — a queen bedroom with TV on the main level and a king bed in the loft — plus a washer and dryer for convenience. A fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, and a rustic dining table with additional counter seating, perfect for preparing meals together.

What outdoor spaces and special touches can guests enjoy?

Step outside to enjoy the private wraparound deck with hand-crafted rocking chairs, a charcoal grill, and peaceful mountain views. The hot tub room provides relaxation and privacy, while warm wood finishes, antique-inspired décor, and a custom log staircase add to the authentic Smoky Mountain cabin atmosphere.

Booking Terms & Agreement

A signed rental contract is required to confirm all reservations with Oak & Ember Group. Along with the signed agreement, guests must also provide a valid form of government-issued identification matching the name on the reservation. Your booking will not be considered finalized until the signed agreement is received and confirmed.

Nestled on Bluff Mountain, Dancing Embers offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. You’re just 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Dollywood, The Island, and world-class dining and shopping. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are also nearby, offering hiking trails, scenic drives, and endless adventure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–29 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. For extra peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Is the cabin pet-friendly?

No — Dancing Embers is not pet-friendly. We keep the cabin allergy-friendly and exceptionally clean for all guests.

What should I bring?

We provide linens, towels, starter toiletries, paper products, and dish soap. Guests should bring personal items, groceries, and charcoal for the outdoor grill. Many bring swimsuits for the hot tub, hiking gear for exploring the Smokies, and any favorite snacks or condiments.

How do I get support during my stay?

As local owners, we’re only a short drive away. If you need anything during your stay, we provide quick, hands-on support. Unlike large management companies, Oak & Ember offers personal attention and thoughtful recommendations so you can relax knowing help is just a call or text away.
