While Laurel Falls is the most popular, I always suggest Baskins Creek Trail. It’s quieter, less crowded, and ends at a beautiful waterfall — a true hidden gem.

For me, nothing compares to watching the sun dip behind the ridges at Clingmans Dome. The views are breathtaking, and even in summer, you’ll want to pack a light jacket for the cooler temps up top.
